About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior AI Software Engineer (AWS) remote to join our dynamic team at Software Mind. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing innovative AI-enhanced applications that support global organizations in protecting their workforce and ensuring business continuity. You will leverage modern technology, real-time insights, and preventive strategies to strengthen health, safety, and risk-management capabilities.

What You'll Do

  • Design and deliver intelligent, AI-enhanced applications using AWS technologies and modern integration patterns.
  • Build LLM-driven systems, RAG workflows, and vectorized retrieval architectures within .NET environments.
  • Develop MCP server implementations and orchestrate content-intake pipelines integrated with enterprise content management platforms.
  • Collaborate with data, product, and software engineering teams to optimize AI solutions.
  • Communicate AI and ML concepts clearly to diverse audiences.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience as an Application Engineer, Software Engineer, or in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in AI application development, particularly with LLM-based systems or RAG implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS architecture and AI service integration (Bedrock, Sagemaker, Lambda).
  • Experience with .NET backend services and API development.
  • Understanding of AWS products and SDKs, along with system prompt coding for LLM orchestration.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with LangChain, Langfuse, or similar frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Sitecore or connected enterprise systems.
  • Front-end development experience with React or similar modern JS frameworks.
