About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team at Wilken Software Group. In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring our clients achieve maximum value from our ERP solutions, particularly in the energy sector. As a Remote Customer Success Manager, you will leverage your expertise in stakeholder management and communication to foster strong relationships with clients, guiding them through implementation and optimization of our systems.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Facilitate onboarding and training sessions for clients, enhancing their understanding of our ERP solutions.
  • Monitor client usage and engagement, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and enhance service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and satisfaction.
  • Analyze client feedback and data to inform product development and service enhancements.
  • Lead projects aimed at process optimization and data migration, ensuring seamless transitions.
  • Utilize CRM systems such as Salesforce to manage client interactions and track progress.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer success or account management role, preferably in ERP or SaaS environments.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and financial accounting processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Proficient in data analysis and SQL, with experience in billing systems.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of the energy sector is a plus.
