Recruitment Team Leader - NHS
About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven and motivated Recruitment Team Leader to join our busy recruitment department at NHS. This role is pivotal in ensuring the operational delivery of a comprehensive recruitment service. As a Recruitment Team Leader remote, you will be responsible for supervising a dedicated team, ensuring a smooth and timely recruitment process that aligns with our Trust policies and service level agreements.
What You'll Do
- Lead and supervise Recruitment Officers and Assistants, fostering a supportive and motivational environment.
- Manage team absences and ensure regular 1:1 meetings, appraisals, and personal development plans are conducted.
- Identify and fill vacancies within the team in accordance with Trust's recruitment policy.
- Oversee team workloads and ensure high-quality recruitment services are delivered.
- Continuously improve service provision based on feedback and recruitment trends.
Requirements
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
- Significant expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Extensive experience with recruitment ATS, such as TRAC.
- Ability to inspire and motivate team members through effective communication.
- Experience in managing team performance and development.
Nice to Have
- CIPD Qualified at Level 5 or higher.
- Experience in complex organizational recruitment.
- Knowledge of Agenda for Change terms and conditions.

Who Will Succeed Here
