Member of Service Enablement - Global Markets (Remote)

About the Role

Join Anchorage Digital as a Member of Service Enablement in Global Markets, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting the ongoing maturation and scale of our trading business. This Member of Service Enablement position is a unique opportunity to work remotely and contribute to the world's most advanced digital asset platform for institutions.

What You'll Do

• Support the Service Enablement lead in delivering cross-functional, large-scale change initiatives, including business line launches and legal entity stand-ups.
• Analyze and incorporate legal, compliance, risk, finance, and operational requirements into strategic initiatives.
• Develop project plans, status reports, process designs, and documentation to support the goals of the Service Enablement team.
• Collaborate with teams across Sales, Trading, Onboarding, Client Experience, Compliance, Legal, and more to define staffing, processes, and technical roadmaps.
• Monitor launch readiness and ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Experience working in or alongside trading businesses with a strong understanding of operational and financial models.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
• A curious mindset that seeks to understand business goals and technical solutions.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and agility in identifying and addressing emerging risks.
• Discipline in documentation and development of sustainable models.

Nice to Have

• Direct experience in project and/or product management or consulting.
• A passion for financial systems, possibly inspired by the soundtrack to Hamilton.
