About the Role

We're looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager - Remote to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing lifecycle marketing strategies that enhance customer engagement and retention. You will leverage your expertise in email marketing, in-app messaging, and SMS marketing to create data-driven campaigns that resonate with our audience.

What You'll Do

  • Design and implement lifecycle marketing strategies to improve customer retention and engagement.
  • Utilize tools like HubSpot and Salesforce to manage and analyze customer data.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize marketing campaigns and improve performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing or related field.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools such as HubSpot and Dotdigital.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
