Healthcare Marketing Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Healthcare Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at The Fountain Group. This fully remote position offers a unique opportunity to manage and execute omni-channel marketing campaigns with a digital-first mindset. As a Healthcare Marketing Manager remote, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Specialty Partner and Client Marketing team.

What You'll Do

• Manage and execute multiple marketing campaigns across various channels including email, paid digital/search, social media, and direct mail.
• Oversee campaign calendars, budget management, and administrative project entry using tools like Workfront.
• Support B2B2C client marketing initiatives across Wellness, Cosmetic, Vision, and Hearing categories.
• Manage departmental marketing budgets, vendor relations, invoicing, forecasting, and PO submissions.
• Edit and proof marketing materials with a strong attention to detail.
• Create and edit executive PowerPoint presentations for client meetings and internal reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years of marketing or client agency experience in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of marketing or communications experience.
• At least 2 years of experience supporting digital marketing platforms or marketing project management tools such as Workfront.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and vendor relationships.
• Strong digital marketing experience including email, paid digital, and social media.
