Head of Product - C2C Marketplace Growth

About the Role

We are seeking a strong Head of Product (C2C) to join our team and drive the growth of our service marketplace with over 2 million users. This role is pivotal, as you will have full responsibility for the business outcomes of the C2C segment. As a Head of Product, you will lead the strategy and execution of our product vision, ensuring that we meet the needs of our users while achieving our business goals. This Head of Product remote position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a rapidly growing marketplace.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement the strategy for the C2C segment, focusing on funnels, retention, and unit economics.
• Manage the balance of supply and demand on the marketplace to ensure optimal user experience.
• Formulate and enhance the SEO strategy to improve visibility and engagement.
• Integrate AI mechanisms and experiments into the product to drive innovation and efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to align product and marketing strategies.
• Lead cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
• Analyze growth metrics and platform mechanics to inform product decisions and strategy.
• Take full ownership of business results and product performance metrics.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product leadership within marketplaces or large B2C/C2C projects.
• Deep understanding of growth metrics and the mechanics of two-sided platforms.
• Strong people leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work closely with the CMO and take ownership of overall results.
• Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience with AI integration in product development is a plus.
