Full-Stack Software Engineer - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our innovative team at Mashgin. This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to a groundbreaking AI-driven checkout platform that processes transactions in under a second for over 40 million users.

What You'll Do

• Own major feature development and collaborate directly with the founders on product development from end to end.
• Work with a small interdisciplinary team in hardware, software, and design to build new versions of products from scratch.
• Engage in full-stack development, building new features and architecting solutions to solve challenging problems.
• Rethink and recreate existing codebases for scalability and performance.
• Continuously improve and maintain code that’s already in production, ensuring reliability and user satisfaction.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant coding experience in a full-stack environment.
• B.S. or higher in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent knowledge of one or more programming languages such as Python, Node.js, C++, Go, C#, or Java.
• Comfortable learning new languages, libraries, and frameworks as needed.
• Experience building production-ready code that is regularly used by a large user base.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a fast-paced work environment, shipping quality code quickly and iterating.
• Familiarity with deploying and managing cloud infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures.
• Proficiency with SQL and other database technologies.
