About the Role

We are seeking a French Customer Service Expert - Remote to join our innovative team at Welocalize. As a French Customer Service Expert, you will leverage your expertise to enhance AI-generated responses and contribute to cutting-edge projects.

What You'll Do

  • Review and evaluate AI-generated responses to ensure quality and relevance.
  • Rewrite or refine responses when necessary to improve clarity and effectiveness.
  • Create natural prompts and dialogues that enhance user interaction with AI.
  • Assist in improving the overall quality of AI models through feedback and insights.
  • Engage in structured tasks such as preference ranking, prompt-response writing, and grammaticality checks.
  • Commit to a flexible schedule of 10 to 20 hours per week, allowing for work-life balance.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience, particularly in a remote setting.
  • Excellent written communication skills with strong grammatical accuracy.
  • Comfortable with structured tasks related to AI and customer interaction.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a freelance capacity.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies and their applications in customer service is a plus.

Nice to Have
