- Create natural prompts and dialogues that enhance user interaction with AI.
- Assist in improving the overall quality of AI models through feedback and insights.
- Engage in structured tasks such as preference ranking, prompt-response writing, and grammaticality checks.
- Commit to a flexible schedule of 10 to 20 hours per week, allowing for work-life balance.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience, particularly in a remote setting.
- Excellent written communication skills with strong grammatical accuracy.
- Comfortable with structured tasks related to AI and customer interaction.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a freelance capacity.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and their applications in customer service is a plus.
