- Analyze benefits utilization data to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations to enhance our offerings.
- Stay updated on relevant legislation and regulations affecting employee benefits and ensure compliance.
- Support the administration of benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to educate employees about their benefits and promote utilization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in employee benefits administration or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and benefits administration software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
