What You'll Do

• Design, implement, and manage comprehensive employee benefits programs that cater to the diverse needs of our workforce.
• Conduct market research to benchmark our benefits offerings against industry standards, ensuring competitiveness.
• Collaborate with HR and management to communicate benefits programs effectively to employees.
• Provide expert guidance to employees regarding their benefits options, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
• Analyze benefits utilization data to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations to enhance our offerings.
• Stay updated on relevant legislation and regulations affecting employee benefits and ensure compliance.
• Support the administration of benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to educate employees about their benefits and promote utilization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in employee benefits administration or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees and stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and benefits administration software.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
