About the Role

We are seeking a talented Chemist/Project Manager to join our team in the Pharma and Health Science sector. This remote position offers the opportunity to manage customer projects in both national and international settings within the pharmaceutical industry. As a Chemist/Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects while adhering to GMP regulations.

What You'll Do

• Oversee customer projects in the pharmaceutical industry, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Support quality control processes and implement chromatographic methods such as HPLC, GC, and MS.
• Prepare reports, protocols, analysis certificates, and SOPs to maintain high-quality documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of project proposals and offers to clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients, showcasing a professional and confident demeanor.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and meet deadlines.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies within the organization.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in pharmaceutical science.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Chemistry or a related field.
• Solid knowledge of instrumental analytics and experience in a GMP environment.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in both German and English (C1 level).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for customer communication and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Experience with chromatographic methods (HPLC, GC, MS) is highly desirable.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in project management within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality assurance processes.
• Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
